about me

personal profile

Organization is at the center of everything I do. For me, organization centers on seeing possibilities and imagining angles. Information technology, accounting, training, teaching or event planning – all of the twists and turns of my career involves organization and creativity.

When I began to think about college, it was clear that I would be a teacher- a math teacher. After all, my mother was a teacher. So why was it that when I left for college it was not to pursue a degree in Education, I received a scholarship to pursue a degree in Fine Arts, I love to sing. I am an artist at heart; an organized artist.

My creative stirrings have led me to drawing, painting, photography and music. My creativity begins by bringing together elements of color, texture, design as well as the medium used to bring these elements to life. I love to communicate with everything in my arsenal. But even beyond that, there is something higher.

I am called by God to minister to others. As He has transformed me, I will work with others to transform and communicate messages that will draw others into their world.  Art is spiritual. We go through something when we endeavor to express ourselves artistically. All of my selves– my creative self, my organized self and my spiritual self, came together when I formed Be Ye Transformed Graphic Design (BYT).

BYT allows me to develop (organize) and create design products utilizing diverse media. BYT is the confluence of artistry, technique and a whole lot of soul. These are the things that will enable me to create something beautiful for you.
